Rosenda Álvarez Faro (Santurce, 1986)
She got her a BFA from the School of Fine Arts and Design of Puerto Rico, with a major in engraving and a minor in sculpture. She works with engraving, binding and postering. She was part of the 4th Poli / Gráfica Triennial of San Juan, Latin America and the Caribbean. She participated as educator and muralist in the project De Aqui Pa'Ya in Comendador, Elías Piñas, Dominican Republic in 2010, 2014 and 2015. Her shows include Blanco y Negro (2016), Malas Impresiones III (2015) and Causalidad (2014). She is co-founder and artist of Taller Malaquita and works in Santurce, Puerto Rico.
