We are sorry, but we do not accept returns on Gift Card purchases.
If your item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at email@example.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 15 days, from the date of delivery, to report it and get a replacement, store credit or full refund.
In case of a refund, it will be made according to the original form of payment. Please remember that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few days for your refund to be processed.
